Billboard magazine’s cover girl for the month of June is none other than the so-called 17-year-old modern diva – Miley Cyrus. Billboard features the transition of Miley from a fearless “Hannah Montana” star to a grown up pop star.
Aside from the details about her upcoming release of her third studio album, “Can’t Be Tamed” and the final series of “Hannah Montana,” she was asked about “Glee” TV show. Even though the show featured “The Climb” in a recent episode, Miley just don’t get it. This is what she said:
“Honestly, musicals? I just can’t. What if this was real life and I was just walking down the street on Rodeo Drive and all of a sudden I just burst into song about how much I love shoes?”
She pauses for a second, and then laughs.
“It would get hits on YouTube.”
If other people said that those “Glee” fanatics are gays, well it seems that for Miley, this show is weird. Miley doesn’t like Twilight because she doesn’t believe in werewolves and vampires and now she doesn’t like “Glee” because she doesn’t like musicals.
Maybe Miley still likes the original musical TV show “High School Musical” and she is just being honest to herself.

I’m not a Glee fanatic nor Miley fanatic… I’ve watched some of Glee episodes and it’s like High School Musical. I tried to watch every episodes but the show doesn’t make sense at all.
FOX is copying DISNEY’s HSM and I think it’s not really cool. Maybe next time, FOX will copy “Hannah Montana” story or Wizard of Waverly Place, or other Disney kids shows. And aside from that most of the stars of Glee are overacting… peace!
Wow… My respect for Miley Cyrus just grew 200%. Just because all of the loner-thespian-outcast-queens love the show, doesn’t mean it’s worth watching.
I am irritated with GLEE… They’re singing so many irritating songs. I think that they’re not really singing from their heart. They’re doing to become famous like the Disney stars. Com’on! That’s what they are trying to do. Singing and singing, dancing and dancing… Making a new version of the famous songs of today.. eww!
Miley Cyrus has something negative to say about everything so she gets no respect from me. No one thinks she has to like its just that she down talks everything popular in culture that has nothing to do with her.
Does Miley Cyrus like anything? Who watches “Twilight” because they actually believe in werewolves and vampires? They watch “Twilight” because they either enjoyed the books or like looking at Jacob and Edward.
GLEE should be taken out. I really tried to love the show but it’s not really cool. The first episode i’ve watched, I fell asleep. And just a reminder to all GLEE fanatics, this show is becoming huge. They have a bunch of cast next season and one of them is a petite girl from an ethnic country. I don’t know what tribe is it but this girl is Oprah’s BFF that’s why she was given a show. So there’s no reason to watch it. This is an American TV show. Those American staff should first look talents in their own country and not from other country – Asian pusssssies.

and if you look it that way..HM is the little bit musical and she doen’t like musicals?

Glee is a disaster.Such a big mistake to imitate HSM. HSM stars do not overreact
what’s so special with Glee? nothing. so Miley is right. If they want musicals, they should have watch Fame.
