American Idol Star Ayla Brown Released Her New Album – Circles

By Bridgette Hudson | Saturday, January 30, 2010

Do you remember Ayla Brown?

Ayla is an American NCAA Division-I basketball player who became famous when she reached the top 16 of American Idol Season 5. She is the elder daughter of WCVB-TV reporter Gail Huff and U.S. Senator-elect Scott Brown of Massachusetts.

Ayla has a new CD out entitled “Circles.” Supposedly the album is set to release in April after the end of basketball season but her label (Double Deal Brand) suddenly decided to move it to January 26 after Mr. Brown was elected.

“The record company came to me Wednesday and said, ‘We’re going to put out this album, because of all the excitement that’s happening. I was like, ‘I thought we were going to wait till April!”
